Ucity Elder Board

  • Mark Justus

    Mark has been an elder at UCity since November 2014. Mark and Cindy have been attending UCity since it was started in January 2013 and have been married for 33 years. They have three children Amanda & Ashley, whom are married and live in Texas, and Alex who attends Baylor University.

  • Mark Mitchell

    Mark and Yvonne have been married since 1995 and have six beautiful children. They have been a part of UCity since its earliest days. They have an active family which stays busy attending their kids’ events and serving the community through their involvement in foster care. 

  • Doug Martin

    Doug and Mary Martin have been married for 37 years. They have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Doug and Mary have worked in Christian radio in Tucson for 34 years when he founded Good News Radio Broadcasting. Doug was the worship leader and elder at Calvary Chapel Tucson and Calvary Christian Fellowship.  


    Jim an Kristi have been a part of UCity since it began.  They have been married for 25 years and have two teenage sons.  They have been active in various small groups, Bible studies, missions, and serve opportunities throughout their marriage.

  • Mark Wellman

    Mark and Marcy have been married 34 years and have three grown children who are all involved in ministry. They have a passion to teach people God’s word and show God’s love to everyone. They have been involved in missions and small groups for over 35 years, and would love to see all of you involved in these ministries. 


    Doug and Liz Perry have been married for 38 years and have three children and seven grandchildren.  They are both avid cyclists.  They've been attending UCity since 2015 and have been active in small group leadership and our regular outreaches to the Tucson community.  Doug has been teaching in UCity Men's group studies, attended Dallas Theological Seminary and was an elder for 15 years in his church back in Pennsylvania.

  • Alex Carey

    Alex originally served on the leadership board that guided the establishment of UCity and then transitioned into an Elder. He and Amanda have been married for 8 years and have two young children. They are involved in small groups and are excited to be part of UCity and its mission of loving God, loving others and reaching the world.
