We know that this is a difficult season for many people in Tucson and around our country. We’re grateful to partner with Caring Ministries again to provide food; especially during this time of uncertainty and need. We believe that God is working through all of this and know that He is calling us to trust and follow Him during this difficult season of life.
Below are a few instructions to follow:
1. Our address is 604 N. 6th Ave. and our hours of distribution will be from 8:30 – 9:30 am on March 20th!! As always, we will be handing out food while supplies last, in a first come, first serve manor. People usually begin lining up at 8:00 am. *If the food truck delivers the food early, we may begin handing out the food a little earlier than 8:30 am.
2. Park your car in our large parking lot on the east side of the building. The parking lot will be roped off with marked entrances and exits. We will have volunteers to help direct you to your spots starting at 7:30 am.
3. If you are taking the bus or walking to the distribution, there will be a designated area for you to wait in order to keep social distancing guidelines & keep your spot in “line.”
4. Our team will deliver pre-boxed food items to your car and place them in the trunk or back seat, then you are free to get back home All boxes of food will be filled with the same type of food we normally serve: veggies, dairy, breads and meats depending on the month. Our team will be wearing masks and gloves while they deliver the food.
We look forward to seeing many of your familiar faces this Saturday!

LOCAL IMPACT
We invite you to join us as our church mobilizes and heads out into the community for our Local Impact Days! This gives our church the opportunity to love and serve in and around our community. We have four Local Impact Days throughout the year where our church body gathers at UCity on a Saturday at 8:00AM, make final preparations, pray and then head out to serve together until noon. We encourage you to grab your family and friends and sign-up for the next Local Impact!
Roskruge Bilingual Magnet School
Over the past several years, we have built a great relationship with the students, families and staff of Roskruge School. We have accomplished this through a variety of family events such as Family Fun Day, Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas celebrations and much more. We also started and continue to stock a food pantry at Roskruge that has helped many families in need and provided hundreds of backpacks filled with supplies. Our relationship with Roskruge continues to grow and we are so excited to see what God has planned for the future!

Casa Hogar Sinai Orphanage
Casa Hogar Sinai located in Imuris, Mexico, has quickly become a very important part of UCity Missions. About 3 years ago, a couple by the name of David & Eli Gallegos began taking abandoned children into their home and just a few years later they now take care of 35 children who live at the orphanage. UCity has the wonderful opportunity to visit the orphanage on a regular basis! Trips can include work projects to medical teams and all the games, crafts and devotional times that we can pack into the day! This is a wonderful opportunity to share the love of God with hugs, smiles and any talents that our team brings with us! In the next year we will continue to branch and see how we can partner with the local church to make an impact in their community for Jesus. Join us as we continue to offer support and love to Casa Hogar Sinai and work to them become more sustainable.
